Your health answers are the foundation of your plan, so we hold them to a higher standard than ordinary app data. This policy explains what we collect, who can see it, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

Account details: your name, email address, and login records.

Your brief: the answers you give during onboarding and setup, including goals, body measurements, schedules, dietary preferences, and health screening answers.

Program activity: check-ins, weight entries, fasting sessions, meal feedback, and messages with your coach.

Payment details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

2. Who can see your health information

Your health answers and coach messages are read by your assigned certified coach, and by the limited staff who supervise coaching quality and safety. That is the list.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your health information with advertisers. We do not send your health answers, weights, medical conditions, or message contents to third-party analytics or advertising platforms.

3. How we use your information

To build and adjust your plan, provide coaching, keep the program safe for you, process payments, and send you service messages (like your sign-in link, coach replies, and plan updates) according to your notification preferences.

We use aggregate, non-identifying usage measurements (for example, which screens are completed) to improve the product. These measurements never include your health answers.

4. Where your data lives and how it is protected

Your data is stored encrypted in transit and at rest with our hosting and database providers. Access inside the company is limited by role.

5. Your choices and rights

You can update your details and notification preferences from your account at any time.

You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account and data, by emailing support@28daysweightloss.com. We action deletion requests within 30 days, subject to records we are legally required to keep (such as payment records).

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including access, correction, portability, and objection. We honour these for all users regardless of location.

6. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you cancel, we retain your account so you can return; you can request deletion at any time as above.

7. Changes and contact

If we materially change this policy, we will notify you by email before the change takes effect.
