We would rather refund you than trap you. This page explains exactly how the guarantee works, in plain language.

1. The 7-day money-back guarantee

Your 7-day money-back guarantee starts when your first coach-prepared meal plan is delivered, so you get a real week to try the support.

That means the 7-day window does not start when you pay. It starts on the day your first coach-prepared meal plan is delivered to your dashboard, so waiting for your plan never costs you guarantee time.

2. How to request a refund

Email support@28daysweightloss.com from your account email address within your guarantee window and say you would like a refund. No forms, no phone calls, no persuasion scripts. We process refunds within 5 business days to your original payment method.

You are welcome to tell us why (it helps us improve), but you do not have to.

3. What happens after a refund

Your subscription ends immediately and no further charges are made. You keep access to any plan already delivered to you until the end of the refunded period.

4. Cancelling without a refund

Outside the guarantee window, you can still cancel anytime from your account. Cancel anytime from your account. Coaching continues until the end of your paid month, and you keep the plans already delivered. We do not charge cancellation fees.

5. Billing questions

If you see a charge you do not recognise or believe is wrong, email support@28daysweightloss.com before disputing with your bank. We resolve genuine billing errors quickly and completely.
